Die Auswirkungen sind weitreichend: Bessere Bildungschancen f\u00fchren zu einer qualifizierteren und produktiveren Erwerbsbev\u00f6lkerung, was letztlich dem gesamten Wirtschaftssystem zugute kommt.<\/p>\n

Die Kidshare-Stiftung<\/strong> setzt sich f\u00fcr die Verbesserung der Lebens-bedingungen der \u00e4rmsten Kinder in Ostafrika ein. Investitionen in die fr\u00fchkindliche Bildung und Betreuung sind der effizienteste Weg zu wirtschaftlichem Wachstum und bieten die h\u00f6chsten Ertr\u00e4ge“. Das behauptet kein Geringerer als der Nobelpreistr\u00e4ger und amerikanische Professor James Heckman. Seine Forschung hat gezeigt, dass Investitionen in Kinder auch Investitionen in die Zukunft sind. Fr\u00fchkindliche Bildung tr\u00e4gt also nicht nur zur individuellen Entwicklung bei, sondern f\u00f6rdert auch den Wohlstand eines ganzen Landes.<\/p>\n

Ohne eine starke Verbindung zu den Menschen vor Ort w\u00e4re unsere Arbeit nicht nachhaltig und w\u00fcrde keine dauerhaften Ver\u00e4nderungen in den Regionen bewirken. Wir sind davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass Ver\u00e4nderungen nur durch das lokale Engagement der Gemeinden und der Bev\u00f6lkerung vor Ort herbeigef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen. Deshalb arbeiten wir eng mit den lokalen Gemeinden, den politischen Entscheidungstr\u00e4gern, Eltern und Kindern zusammen. Die Menschen vor Ort tragen zum Bau und zur Finanzierung der Projekte bei und f\u00fchlen sich so von Anfang an eng mit ihnen verbunden. Dar\u00fcber hinaus erreichen wir durch das lokale Engagement auch die Beteiligung der nationalen Regierung, z.B. durch die \u00c3\u0153bernahme der Lohnkosten f\u00fcr das Lehrpersonal.<\/p>\n

Kidshare verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein Netzwerk von Spendern im In- und Ausland, die unsere Projekte finanziell unterst\u00fctzen. Der direkte Kontakt und der pers\u00f6nliche Dialog sind uns wichtig. Denn gemeinsam k\u00f6nnen wir mehr erreichen. Ob private Spender, Unternehmen, Kirchen, Stiftungen oder Verm\u00f6gensfonds, wir binden die Betroffenen in unsere Arbeit ein und machen den Erfolg f\u00fcr alle sp\u00fcrbar. Gro\u00dfspender k\u00f6nnen zum Beispiel das von ihnen gef\u00f6rderte Fr\u00fchf\u00f6rderzentrum besuchen und mit eigenen Augen sehen, was ihre Spende bewirkt. Sie lernen die Kinder kennen, sprechen mit den Eltern und treffen die Verantwortlichen vor Ort. Wir haben uns ehrgeizige Ziele gesetzt. In unserem Strategieplan 2026 haben wir vereinbart, insgesamt 40 Kinderg\u00e4rten in Kenia, Tansania und Uganda zu bauen, 15 zus\u00e4tzliche Grundschulen in Kenia einzurichten und insgesamt 100 M\u00e4dchen durch das Top-Girls-Programm zu unterst\u00fctzen. Kurz gesagt, wir legen in dieser Zeit die Messlatte wieder h\u00f6her. Das bedeutet, dass wir auch unsere Organisation professionalisieren und st\u00e4rken m\u00fcssen. Die Kidshare Foundation besteht derzeit aus einem Vorstand von f\u00fcnf Personen, die alle Aufgaben erf\u00fcllen. Wir wollen zu einer Struktur \u00fcbergehen, in der der Vorstand eine st\u00e4rkere Aufsichtsfunktion hat und die politischen und ausf\u00fchrenden Aufgaben in den H\u00e4nden der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung und der operativen Organisation liegen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus haben wir beschlossen, eine deutsche Niederlassung, Kidshare Deutschland e.V., zu gr\u00fcnden, um unsere Organisation in Deutschland sichtbarer zu machen.
In dieser neuen Struktur werden wir f\u00fcr jedes Land, in dem Kidshare aktiv ist, einen (Teilzeit-)Betriebsleiter und einen L\u00e4nderkoordinator ernennen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sehen wir die Notwendigkeit eines Vorstandsmitglieds mit dem Ressort Marketing und Kommunikation. Wenn wir unsere Wirkung in den kommenden Jahren verst\u00e4rken wollen, m\u00fcssen wir neue Spender gewinnen und die bestehenden Spender st\u00e4rker in unsere Projekte einbinden. Um dies zu erreichen, m\u00fcssen wir unsere Marketing- und Kommunikationsbem\u00fchungen auf ein h\u00f6heres Niveau heben. Gleichzeitig wollen wir bis 2022 einen Fundraising-Plan aufstellen.<\/p>\n
